In 2020 we changed HB Secret Productions to Soundfreq. Due to copyright issues we had to change our name. That’s how Euphoric Wave came to life! But don’t worry, our products and services will still remain the same as before!

We have two licenses which tell what you can use your packs for. At the product page underneath the ‘information’ tab you can see what license is attached to the pack.

Educational License
You may use the samples/presets/midi files/other tools for learning purposes only. This means you are not allowed to use these sounds in your track/composition for commercial purposes. You may not alter/change the sounds. Sharing sounds with third parties, re-selling/licensing is strictly prohibited.

Commercial License
You may use the samples/presets/midi files/other tools for commercial purposes. You can use the sounds in your track/composition and distribute it on platforms such as Spotify and Youtube Music. You may alter/change the sounds to your liking. Sharing sounds with third parties, re-selling/licensing is strictly prohibited.

We use the latest versions, so make sure to update your VST to the latest version to open your pack correctly. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for malfunctions if you have an illegal / outdated version of a plugin.

Yes it is! In most cases we provide you a free demo on premium products. You can find the ‘free demo’ function next to the add to cart button. Simply enter your name and email address* and you will instantly receive your free demo!

*We will ask permission to use your email address for marketing purposes. We only provide you with relevant news/information and exclusive offers. You can opt-out any time. 

First try to download your products on your account or through the mail you received after placing your order. If this doesn’t work, contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

As our products are downloadable, we are unable to provide customers with refunds unless there is a proven fault with the product. Please make sure when you are making a purchase that it is what you want, as mistakes cannot be a reason for refunds.

ACCOUNT QUESTIONS​

To download your purchased packs, go to ‘my account’ and click on ‘Downloads’. Here you can download every purchased pack.

After you filled out the download form, you should receive a mail with a link which includes a download link. 

No, you can place an order as a guest as well.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS​

Right now the only available payment method is Paddle Payments in which you can choose between Paypal and Credit Card.

In October 2021 we plan to introduce new payment methods:

Europe
In the EU you can pay with Credit Card and PayPal. For the Netherlands and Belgium, iDeal payments is available. For Poland we also accept Przelewy24.

Outside Europe
Outside of Europe you can choose between PayPal and Credit Card with the payment method ‘Paddle’.
